Stage Runners exists to do one thing well: delivery, install, de-install, and inventory warehousing for the staging and design companies working in Atlanta and the Bay Area. We don't stage or design a single room — that's the partner company's craft. Ours is making sure their furniture and decor shows up on time, handled the way client-facing inventory deserves to be handled.
Why We Started
Staging and design companies are craftspeople, not logistics operators — but every project still needs someone to receive inventory, deliver it on a showing deadline, pull it back out when a listing closes, and store it safely in between. That's a real, unglamorous job, and it's easy to get wrong: rushed handling, missed windows, or a warehouse that's really just a storage unit nobody can find anything in. Stage Runners is built to be the team that gets that part right, so a staging company's own crew spends its time designing, not driving a truck.
Before Stage Runners, there was a moving truck.
Stage spent years in household moving — hauling dressers up staircases, wrapping furniture in living rooms. The work was fine, but something kept nagging: the staging and design companies he delivered for needed something household movers couldn't give them. Their inventory wasn't just furniture to be moved. It was client-facing product on a showing deadline, and a scuffed console table wasn't an inconvenience — it was a callback, a delay, a reputation risk.
Around 2017, he made the call: leave household moving behind entirely and build a logistics company that serves only the staging and design trade. No more general moves. Delivery, install, de-install, and warehousing — one team, trained for showing timelines and white-glove handling.
Today Stage Runners runs its own trucks and its own crews across metro Atlanta and the SF Bay Area. No subcontractors, no rotating cast — the same standards on every project, because a staging company's reputation is riding on the delivery, not just the design.
